Shipping information
KFLashes aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. KFLashes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, launches, sales or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
KFLashes may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. KFLashes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather, strikes, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Failed or missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier or postal service may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier or postal service regarding missed deliveries.
If an order is returned to KFLashes due to an incorrect address, non-collection, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact KFLashes at kflashes01@gmail.com with your order number.
KFLashes will do its best to assist with locating delayed or missing parcels. However, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact KFLashes within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged parcel
Clear photos of the damaged item
A description of the issue
KFLashes may be unable to assist with damage claims if evidence is not provided within the requested timeframe.
Incorrect items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact KFLashes as soon as possible at kflashes01@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received.
KFLashes will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
Customs, duties and import charges
For orders shipped outside Ireland, customs fees, import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated otherwise.
KFLashes is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or unpaid customs charges.
Training courses and digital products
Shipping does not apply to training course bookings, online courses, downloadable materials or digital products unless physical items are included as part of the order.
Any physical kits or training materials will be shipped according to the delivery details provided at checkout or communicated by KFLashes.
